Refund Policy

All items purchased from Shop Elle & B are made to order and nonrefundable. Our hand made, custom pieces are not eligible for return nor exchange. Shop Elle & B does not issue refunds  We do not issue refunds. We do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damages on an item caused by manufacturing issues, will be refunded immediately within 60 days of purchase. Damage issues caused by consumer misuse and/or wear and tear, will not be refunded.
